DUCKCRAFT TOUR FOR CHILDREN'S DAY
CELEBRATIONS
Specially for the children, JAC and JLC celebrated
Children’s Day by bringing them through
a wet and dry tour on Saturday, 27 September
2003. Children and families were all treated
to a sumptuous high tea at Marche’ Restaurant
before joining the popular Wacky Duck historical
Tour, organized by the Ducktours Singapore.
The amphibious Duckcraft departed Suntec
City Mall at 5.30 pm with the families busy
blowing their duck whistles along the way.
It took the families on a historical tour
down the Civic District of Singapore, Tan
Kim Seng Fountain, Victoria Theatre, Supreme
Court, St Andrew Cathedral, War Memorial Park
before going for a splash at the Marina waters.
It was indeed an unforgettable Children’s
Day and a brand new educational experience
as the families had discovered many little
known facts about Singapore. With compliments
from Pfizer Singapore, each child went home
with a toy kangaroo in boxing gear.
We look forward to celebrating many more
educational events with the children of JAC/JLC!
