Its objectives are:
• to provide moral support, care and concern
for children with arthritis as well as their
families
• to provide educational information about
the various rheumatic diseases that affect children
• to provide opportunities for parents
of these children to meet and share their experiences
Our activities include educational talks and
seminars (by specialists in the management of
childhood rheumatic diseases), social gatherings
(like Christmas parties) and outings to interesting
places (like the Singapore Science Centre).
Sometimes special treats like joyrides for the
children by the Singapore Airlines Flying Club
and Disney World on Ice are organised.
Through these activities, and subsequent interactions,
we hope to improve the lives of these special
children and their families.
